I have an old style wooden rocking chair I would like to sell on ebay.?
I'm not sure what information to give on it, all I know if that it was from my great grand mother, and it is in good condtion. Should I do a pick-up only, since it would be too hard to ship, would I get any bids that way though? I've never done pickup only, or any other options?

I don't know anything about rocking chairs or how it would sell on ebay and yes, I think it would be difficult and costly to ship.
Another option is to check out Bonanzle. It's a great new website where you can Find Everything but the Ordinary..your great-grandmother's rocking chair should fit right in there. There are lots of people selling vintage items there and you should be able to find someone to help you with information/pricing..it has a very friendly seller community. Also, it is free to list and you only pay a small fee if it sells and yes, you can offer local pickup for your items too.
