We did not have a time out chair in my generation but I was far from being an angel and was grounded a time or two.
We didn't have that. I just got beat and thrown down the stairs into the basment.
it was definitely reserved for my brother. I was a really quiet kid though, not shy, just quiet. I was also a sneak. So even if I did deserve it, the teacher would never figure out it was me who caused the chaos etc.

So I didn't really make it there, except maybe twice?
nope we never did have time out chairs anywhere i was at when i was a kid
